MEET THE FOUNDER
Ashley Browning founded ACR Staffing Solutions in hopes of making a positive impact on the recruiting industry. She has over 8 years of experience in the health, wellness, fitness, and beauty industries. From training & development to business consulting to staffing & recruiting. She started her journey with a brand called European Wax Center in 2015 and has since worked with various brands such as Amazing Lash, Massage Envy, YogaSix, and more. Over the past few years she has adjusted her focus to staffing and recruiting, as many businesses have started to face challenges with hiring and retaining quality talent.
